By purchasing a piece of JW Designs jewellery you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Personalised Items

Items of jewellery that have been personalised cannot be returned or exchanged as these are bespoke and individual to you. When ordering the item please ensure that any wording, initials or names are correct as mistakes cannot be amended after purchase. 

Letter stamping is carried out by hand on each piece and therefore there may be some imperfections.

Returns

All JW Designs jewellery is checked thoroughly before it is dispatched.  If a fault occurs within 6 weeks of purchase and is deemed to be a design fault the item can be repaired or replaced free of charge. Please contact JW Designs by e-mail (design.jwd@gmail.com) to inform us of the fault.

Items damaged as a result of general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and therefore cannot be returned.

If the item is to be returned please use the original packaging.  

If the item is being returned by post it is recommended that you use a secure trackable method, with the item insured and retain your proof of postage.   

JW Designs cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
